Receiving the "Samples" was the deal closer, because I was not able to determine from your website which would work best for me. But having the actual item in a small square gave me confidence to order from you, because I could see exactly how it worked with not only seats, but the dash and rest of the interior panels. The service was outstanding and all my questions were expertly answered. I upgraded the backing to Mass Back and the carpet was the Essex cut pile that looks and feels better than the original. I was a little worried when I saw my carpet come with a Jute backing instead of the sponge type that was on the original but with a little added padding it worked out just fine. I received the carpet on Friday afternoon and let it rest on Saturday and installed it on Sunday afternoon. Great look and the job is done.
